MOSCOW, Apr 20 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian petrochemical giant SIBUR are closely considering an initial public offering (IPO), co-owner Leonid Mikhelson told reporters on Friday.
“We think about it regularly, and we have considered the option more often and more closely lately,” he said.
